Responsibilities

  • Develop audience segmentation and craft tailored messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Partner with product marketers and sales to plan and execute one-off and always-on campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, and content syndication.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Atlassian's products and customer journeys to drive migrations from on-premise to Cloud, while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Expand distribution beyond owned channels (blog, email, in-product, social) by experimenting with new channels, creative approaches, and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and provide weekly performance updates to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Track and report campaign performance, offering insights into customer journey milestones.


Qualifications
On the first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B or PLG.
  • Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
  • Expertise in email marketing, paid channels, events, and content marketing.
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus
  • Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $125,600 - $167,400
Zone B: $113,000 - $150,700
Zone C: $104,200 - $138,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
