This role is remote in Canada or USA.

As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving customer expansion, creating and executing marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue from our existing customer base. Working closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing, you will develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer lifecycle, increase adoption, and drive expansion. This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing.

What you’ll do:

Customer Expansion, Lifecycle Marketing & ABM:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to identify expansion opportunities and create campaigns that result in pipeline and ARR growth.
  • Execute targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement and revenue from key accounts, personalizing campaigns based on account intelligence, product usage, and firmographic data.
  • Leverage product activity data to create deep customer segmentation and personalization strategies that maximize engagement and expansion.
  • Utilize omnichannel marketing to maximize field event attendance, engagement, and post-event impact.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and customer impact.

Sales Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Build strong partnerships with Sales teams, ensuring alignment on customer expansion strategies.
  • Provide Sales with actionable insights on customer behavior, engagement trends, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials to support customer expansion efforts, including targeted messaging and campaign performance insights.

Reporting, Analytics, and Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to cross-functional teams.
  • Create and deliver impactful reports to Sales leadership, demonstrating marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and drive measurable business impact.

About you:

  • 3-5+ years of customer marketing experience with a strong focus on expansion and retention, preferably in a software company.
  • Proven experience in driving and measuring customer growth and expansion campaigns.
  • Experience partnering with Sales to develop programs that generate pipeline ARR.
  • Understanding of ABM strategies and execution.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing marketing performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Bonus if you:

  • Possess enterprise experience, particularly in designing and executing expansion strategies for large-scale accounts.
  • Bring experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Have experience working with CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Are based in the Greater Toronto Area.
