What You’ll Do

1. Customer Lifecycle Marketing & Engagement

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle programs to drive awareness, retention, and expansion among enterprise healthcare customers.

  • Lead cross-sell and upsell campaigns, ensuring alignment with Iodine’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for expansion for targeted growth goals.

  • Optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and engagement campaigns to maximize customer value.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to personalize outreach and improve outcomes across key customer segments.

2. Customer Advocacy

  • Lead the collection, curation, and promotion of customer Experience stories, integrating them into marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Build and maintain a sustainable resource library in collaboration with CX, ensuring consistent customer storytelling.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, activate, and cultivate a bench of customer champions for testimonials and case studies.

  • Serve as the marketing lead for the annual user group meeting, creating repurposable content that extends beyond the event.

3. Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Develop a strategic communication plan to keep key customer personas informed about Iodine’s innovations and impact.

  • Elevate customer storytelling efforts by developing case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership content.

  • Partner with internal teams to create high-value content for webinars, industry events, and executive panels.

4. Community Engagement & Retention Initiatives

  • Drive engagement and adoption within Iodine’s customer community, fostering meaningful interactions and knowledge-sharing.

  • Lead the transition from HubSpot to Community for customer communications, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Partner with CX & Product teams to track key customer Experience metrics and integrate them into engagement initiatives.

5. Amplifying the Customer Voice Within Iodine

  • Create internal activation and awareness programs to bring customer stories, insights, and impact to life for Iodine employees.

  • Collaborate with CX teams to ensure content aligns with key customer needs and growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B AI HealthTech or SaaS.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer lifecycle programs, including activation, retention, and expansion strategies.

  • Strong storytelling and content development skills, with experience creating customer Experience stories, case studies, and thought leadership content.

  • Experience managing executive communication programs and developing high-value content for C-suite audiences, industry events, and panels.

  • Hands-on experience executing ABM campaigns, executive engagement, and customer advocacy programs in a fast-growing B2B environment.

  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and campaign optimization tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.

  • Proactive self-starter attitude, with a passion for customer-centric marketing and measurable business impact.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or demand generation, with at least 5 years in healthcare or healthtech.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including challenges faced by clinicians, administrators, and health systems.

  • Experience driving community engagement and retention initiatives, with expertise in customer forums, referral programs, and social media strategy.

  • Ability to analyze customer data and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies and personalize customer interactions.

  • Established portfolio of customer-focused content, including customer success stories, executive messaging, and digital campaigns.

  • Experience supporting annual user group meetings and customer events, creating content and engagement strategies to maximize participation and impact.

Compensation Range: $107K - $132K
