What You Will Get To Do:
- Prepare and conduct first level review of Federal & State partnership tax returns utilizing Go System RIA
-
Calculate foreign tax withholding and prepare necessary tax forms
-
Prepare quarterly tax estimates and year-end projections
-
Prepare book to tax income reconciliation
Work with staff in the preparation of tax work papers and perform the following tax analyses including:
-
Wash Sales
-
Constructive Sales
-
Straddles
-
Market Discount
-
Swaps – bullet and NPC
-
K-1 summary analyses
What You Will Bring:
-
2+ years of partnership tax experience with a main concentration either in hedge or private equity funds
-
Experience with aggregate allocations and layering would be a plus
-
Knowledge of foreign reporting requirements a plus

Solid MS Excel and GoSystems knowledge is required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Team player, ability to set priorities and direct team members accordingly, highly organized, attentive to detail and ability to multi-task

NY: Salary range for the position: $60000 USD to $120000 USD. Other States Salary range for the position: $60000 USD to $120000 USD.
