Job Description:

Dentsu Creative is looking for a Senior Designer, Brand Identity to join our creative team, working on retail campaign creative for a large telecom client's retail stores. You will do hands on design for a variety of in store creative including storyboards for video, digital, display, conceptual design, activations and print. You will help accomplish the new rebrand Dentsu has designed, pushing the boundaries of creativity in the retail telecom space. You will report to a Design Director and work with art directors and copywriters and a Group Creative Director.

·       You'll develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters.

·       You'll collaborate with a writing partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion.

·       You'll do hands-on design for deliverables including storyboards for videos, digital, display, activations, and print

·       You'll contribute work to new business pitches.

·       You'll manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish.

·       You'll collaborate with Producers, Designers, Client Leadership, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project.

·       You understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends.

·       You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief.

·       You'll give and receive constructive feedback, and mentor junior creatives to meet project deadlines with an eye on quality.

Qualifications:

·       5 years minimum experience in creative advertising as a graphic designer or visual designer

·       An online portfolio with conceptual integrated campaign examples

·       Comfortable with production and post-production

·       Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

·       Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Design or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required

·       We are looking for candidates in the Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL areas, as some weekly in office time is required.

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
