dbt Labs is looking to hire a Senior Account-Based Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our global ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify key target accounts, build personalized marketing programs, and drive engagement to accelerate the sales pipeline and revenue growth.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts. Collaborate with sales and leadership to define account selection criteria and align on goals and KPIs.
  • Develop tailored, multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, direct mail, events, etc.) that address the specific needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify high-value accounts and decision-makers within those accounts. Work with sales teams to prioritize accounts based on potential revenue and strategic fit.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop and align messaging, content, and strategies that resonate with key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Drive engagement through targeted content, digital advertising, and personalized outreach to move accounts through the sales funnel. Optimize campaigns based on performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor the performance of ABM campaigns using metrics like engagement, pipeline growth, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to senior leadership and the sales team.
  • Utilize and optimize ABM and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense) to execute and measure campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest ABM tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content marketing teams to create high-quality, targeted content (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) that drives engagement and resonates with target accounts.
  • Manage and allocate ABM budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI for campaigns.

You are a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Account-Based Marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • A proven track record of executing successful ABM strategies that generate pipeline, drive revenue, and improve account engagement
  • A strong ability to think strategically while executing tactical, hands-on campaigns. Demonstrated success in creating and scaling ABM programs
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate the impact of ABM programs on revenue growth
  • A deep understanding of sales cycles and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Proficiency with ABM platforms (e.g., Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) as well as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with content creation for ABM campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and personalized outreach strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000-$129,000
