As the Safety Management Specialist you will be responsible for;

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Safety Management System in line with applicable regulations (e.g., ICAO Annex 19, ISO 45001, OSHA)
  • Setup a risk matrix and monitor KPIs to define any action plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety processes and systems

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 45001, ICAO Annex 19, OSHA regulations, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills


Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000


The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
