About the Role

At Dandy, our Sales Team has the opportunity to bring a world-class, revolutionary product into the hands of hundreds of thousands of dentists nationwide. Our sales team is focused on increasing sales funnel conversion and speed, while driving new business that converts into successful, long-term Dandy customers. The Sales Operations arm of our Revenue Operations org serves as a strategic partner to our sales leadership team and plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing their mission.

As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager you will have an opportunity partner with a high growth, high velocity sales organization. In this role you will help drive and measure compliance and performance against the sales team’s key performance indicators. You will be a thought partner to a scaling Sales Executive team and ensure we are operating at the highest level through operational excellence. You will ensure process and policy adherence, and partner with the Enablement team to set up sales team members for success. You’ll work closely with operations teams at both ends of the revenue funnel, Marketing & Account Management, to create a seamless customer journey. Lastly, this role will report on team performance results to key stakeholders with insights and recommendations for performance enhancements, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership

  • Manage Sales Operations deliverables: pipeline reporting, ad-hoc analyses

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce and other systems to ensure the team is keeping up to date on opportunities, tasks and overall activity goals

  • Identify gaps in SOP compliance and KPI performance across Account Executives and work with Sales Management to address

  • Analyze activity data and funnel progression to help optimize the sales motion and uncover any areas of friction or opportunity 

  • Act as internal process expert for the Account Executives on Sales tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach & Gong

  • Take ownership and flex across the sales business to build world-class Sales Operations

  • Work cross-functionally to identify, develop and execute on process improvements 

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical & operational roles

  • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Comfort in maneuvering cross-functionally with internal teams such as Training, Marketing and Enablement

  • Ability to make independent judgment calls in creating projects, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Keen understanding of excellence and the ability to inspire others with passion for quality

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce. Familiarity with Outreach.io and Gong is a plus

  • Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other similar tools; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI

  • Highly organized, self-starter who takes initiative and does not let things slip through the cracks.

  • Takes pride in his/her work, always delivers with highest quality

  • Experience with stakeholder management

  • Adaptable and comfortable with change in a dynamic fast-moving environment

Compensation Range: $135K - $150K
