  • Provide detailed analyses and recommendations directly to doctors, executives, and internal Dandy teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clinical Training Expertise: 5+ years in a clinical training role in digital dentistry providing guidance, support, and insights into scanning best practices and digital workflows.

  • Customer-Focused: A customer-first mentality with a passion for helping others succeed, particularly in a B2B environment.

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adjust to shifting customer needs, working through ambiguity and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.
