Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the team's activities, including managing new business and project launches and driving operational improvements. Your role requires close collaboration with diverse teams and individuals across the enterprise to address complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
  • Define project milestones and deliverables, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Lead team meetings, obtaining feedback and approvals for requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates
  • Manage and resolve project risks or issues promptly
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and motivation within the team


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline, or
  • 2+ years of Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Wireless industry experience preferred


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience launching products and services to the consumer market
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and tasks to completion
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Wireless industry experience preferred

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
