Summary:

Botrista is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive business growth. This role involves analyzing sales data, providing route suggestions, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating field requests to support customer success. The Program Manager will drive market and sales growth, enhance customer experience, and support go-to-market projects. Additional responsibilities include process improvement, automation, and executing growth plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, focused on operational excellence, and ready to support Botrista's growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as billing and invoicing process optimization and retail marketing experience improvements, to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Conduct retail pricing and profitability analyses for customers to optimize their financial performance.
  • Drive market growth initiatives, support go-to-market projects, manage project execution, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure project success.
  • Improve customer experience by continuously refining processes, enhancing NPS (Net Promoter Score) experience and processes.
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute growth strategies.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention by assessing customer interactions, identifying at-risk customers, and implementing targeted engagement activities.
  • Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor sales data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop route suggestions to optimize field operations and customer coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives is a plus.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000
