Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product lines that support the acquisition and retention of members and position the organization to meet financial objectives.

  • Provide detailed Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for all products, including new initiatives and investments.

  • Manage the existing portfolio of products and lead ongoing development of enhancements.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from various departments to set the strategic vision for existing and new products.

  • Manage the execution of market research to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace.

  • Manage the process to define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.

  • Create and implement a new product development process that encompasses product development, launch and analysis.

  • Create and maintain product profitability analyses across portfolio.

  • Work closely with Lending, Deposit, Member Experience, and Marketing teams to execute and iterate product growth strategies and related promotions.

  • Collaborate across credit union on positioning of product and service solutions, including within Marketing Automation.

  • Responsible for ensuring up-to-date product marketing collateral and web content.

  • Research and analyze marketplace trends to ensure Connexus products and services are positioned competitively.

  • Develop product and service comparisons, gap analysis, pricing strategies and product conversion mapping for associated merger activities.

  • Manages product content development of merger-related Resource Guides.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 5+ years of product management experience is Required.

  • Experience working within financial services is Required.

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is Required.

  • Understanding of financial products and services, digital transformation and emerging technologies is Required.

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 products is Required.

  • Prior experience with data analysis is Required.
