We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team and contribute to the development and success of our innovative AI-powered Benefit Assistant. As a Benefit Assistant Intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, contribute to a product that's transforming the employee benefits experience, and collaborate with a talented team of product managers, engineers, and designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research on competitor virtual assistant and AI chatbot products in the market.
    • Identify best practices, trends, and opportunities for differentiation for the Benefit Assistant.
    • Analyze user feedback and market data to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Product Development and Testing:
    • Assist with evaluating the performance of the Benefit Assistant's LLM, including setting and monitoring metrics, analyzing user interactions, and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the development team to test new features and functionalities, providing feedback and suggestions from a user perspective.
    • Assist with configuring the Benefit Assistant for pilot clients, ensuring optimal results and addressing client-specific needs.
  • Client and User Support:
    • Assist with gathering and consolidating client requirements and understanding their unique configurations.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
