The Team
Looking to join a strong Product team with a vision to build the future of transportation? At Arity, we are looking for a Product Management Intern eager to confront tough problems and collaborate regularly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders to drive creative solutions.
Within the Product team, you'll be helping to discover, deliver, and manage the products in Arity's growing portfolio, as well as ensuring we are building the right products and defining KPIs to measure their success. Our purpose is to work collaboratively across functions at Arity to move forward the most impactful work for the organization.
We're looking for a dynamic new teammate who's comfortable with change and ambiguity. You may be scoping out use cases of a new implementation at one moment, providing design critique the next, and then finishing up by building out a roadmap around a new feature. Above all, a Product Management intern at Arity should possess insatiable curiosity and high attention to detail.

The Role
Working closely alongside Product Managers, the Product Management Intern will contribute to the product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer value provided by Arity's products. Product Management Interns in this role should also possess a strong desire to learn new skills and grow in their Product Management careers, actively participating in Arity's learning culture and working with other members of the Product team to drive improvements.
Responsibilities• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy.• Gather and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders and customers, balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.• Work closely with data analysts to analyze product performance metrics and user feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.• Support the product launch process, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring successful product releases.• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring clear understanding of product goals.
Qualifications

  • MBA student


  • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards taking initiative and action


  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.


  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data.


  • Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
