Maximus  is seeking a Product Manager, Consumer (or Senior Product Manager) to own the post-purchase customer experience in our high-growth, VC-backed telemedicine startup. This role will be pivotal in delivering an intuitive, seamless, and supportive customer journey from purchase through to renewals, focusing on the optimization of both digital and physical product experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding customer sentiment, uncovering drivers of churn, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase. They should be detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at prioritizing initiatives that support the organization’s key objectives and customer experience goals.

What You will Do

  • You'll own our customers' post-purchase journey, ensuring they can easily manage prescriptions, track health progress, and access resources through our app.

  • Work with marketing and design teams, you'll create an intuitive experience that keeps customers engaged and successful in their health journey.

  • When we launch new products - from prescriptions to lab tests - you'll ensure the app experience supports them seamlessly.

  • You will be our customers' biggest advocate, using data and feedback to drive retention and satisfaction.

  • Analyze behavior patterns and conducting user research. You will identify pain points and opportunities to make our experience even better.

  • You will shape our product roadmap based on customer insights and collaborate across teams to deliver features that meaningfully impact our key metrics.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience at fast-growing ecommerce or consumer health focused startups

  • Proven track record in mobile apps and customer retention and can demonstrate your impact in these areas

  • Passionate about user experience and comfortable working with designers to create intuitive flows that feel natural and effortless.

  • Data driven decision making with experience in A/B testing and user research

  • Technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and troubleshoot when needed

  • Strong project management skills are essential, particularly in agile environments where you'll be coordinating multiple launches and keeping teams aligned on priorities.
