Overview

You will work as a Product Manager within the world class Economics team responsible for the Node Operators (NOPs) who power the Chainlink Network. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Chainlink NOP ecosystem, which is foundational to the success of Chainlink’s decentralized infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the services and experiences of the Node Operators community, ensuring they are set up for and achieve success as both they and the Chainlink network scale to support the new world run on blockchain rails..  This position combines deep technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a focus on stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Your Impact

  • Own the success of the NOP Community as they scale to support both expanding crypto and banking and capital markets products

  • Define and validate the node scaling strategy for NOPs to meet global demand for Chainlink network services

  • Lead the development of tools and processes which can seamlessly update NOP configurations in a secure and reliable way

  • Create a data driven strategy for measuring NOP success and performance across hundreds of public blockchains

  • Work with NOPs on Key Strategic decisions which directly impacts the reliability and robustness of Staking

  • Align NOP operations strategy across teams, fostering collaboration and coherence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with product, engineering, and NOP relations teams to ensure NOP success

  • Act as the primary advocate for NOPs, fostering alignment between internal stakeholders and external Node Operators 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a demonstrated ability to define and execute strategies that drive measurable impact.

  • Demonstrable success in balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.

  • Experience leading end-to-end, cross-functional projects that span multiple teams.

  • Experience defining and owning an action-oriented roadmap, with a bias for quick and effective decision-making.

  • Experience managing a community of external contributors and improving their UX

  • Strong track record of working with product-focused engineering teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

 

Should Have:

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including validators and node operations, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams.

  • Familiarity with blockchain or financial markets

  • Familiarity with platform and infrastructure products, with experience building and scaling such systems.

  • Strategic foresight to anticipate future challenges and opportunities while managing day-to-day priorities.

  • Experience with the Chainlink Ecosystem.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in driving large-scale migrations or scaling infrastructure platforms to meet evolving business needs.
