The Opportunity

We’re looking for our first Product GTM Lead to lead the charge in launching and scaling new features and product lines. This is a high-impact role that will work directly with the CEO, CRO and cross-functional leadership to plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue for various product lines.

We’ve built the most robust ERP in the Cannabis industry and there are an incredible amount of ways to expand on our product. We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership over the entire lifecycle of product launches—including creating outreach campaigns, enabling customer-facing teams, tracking rollout performance, and more. Your ability to project manage, align stakeholders, and iterate based on data will directly shape how our products succeed in the market.

This is a special role with a lot of room for autonomy and true strategic impact that will define the direction of Distru for many years to come. If that journey sounds exciting to you, please apply!

The responsibilities and main initiatives of the Product GTM Lead will shift dynamically given the scope of the role, but here’s a good idea of what you will do:

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end GTM plans and execution for new product lines and features through every stage of the product life cycle and customer journey; including beta testing, release scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
  • Work with leadership to develop pricing models and strategies that align with market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build website pages, release videos, blog content, and targeted outreach campaigns to both customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and feature videos to enable teams with clear, user-friendly resources.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, collaborating with CS to maximize revenue impact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in launch timelines, proactively addressing bottlenecks in development, onboarding, marketing, or sales alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Product to prioritize features and refine roadmap decisions based on market feedback.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation. Adjust go-to-market strategies based on competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Build and maintain reports that track the impact and health of our GTM initiatives, including feature adoption, usage, and overall revenue contribution. Monitor performance and share insights with leadership.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startups.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, with measurable impact on revenue and customer adoption.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM plans.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset: Ability to define KPIs, build reports, and derive actionable insights from data.
  • High EQ with the ability to navigate conversations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in ERPs, Cannabis, or supply chain software.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work environment. We have teammates in 4 continents!
  • Competitive medical, dental and vision plan options for the employee and their dependents
  • 18 days Paid Time Off (We want you to use these!) + 11 Holidays. Sick days do not count toward these
  • Competitive compensation structure

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
