What you will do:

Image editing and retouching: Enhance photos by adjusting color, exposure, contrast, sharpness, and other settings using software like Lightroom and Capture One.

Batch processing: Efficiently edit large volumes of images while maintaining consistency and quality.

Color grading, noise reduction and composition adjustments: Ensure images meet aspect ratio requirements as well as brand standards.

Color correction and exposure control on set: Monitor images for correct exposure, white balance, and consistency, making real-time adjustments.

Preset and style development: Create and apply presets, styles, or actions for a consistent visual identity.

Asset organization and management: Manage and categorize large image libraries using DAM systems or cataloging software (Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, Photo Mechanic, Canto, etc.).

Quality control: Ensure images have correct metadata, resolution, and format before delivery or archiving.

Other duties as assigned.
What you will have:

MUST PROVIDE PORTFOLIO samples, please attach your file, or provide your URL. Applicants without portfolio samples will NOT be considered.

Expertise in Capture One and Lightroom or Photoshop for tethered capture and color adjustments. Expertise in non-destructive and batch editing, camera RAW workflows and color grading.

Experience in metadata tagging standards (IPTC, EXIF, XMP) and digital asset management best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on set.

Experience working in high-paced studio or on-location environments. Knowledge of lighting setups and exposure control.

Experience with metadata tagging, file organization and backup strategies.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Frame.io or Photo Mechanic.

Basic understanding of Bridge and AI-powered tools.

Familiarity with Workamajig or other project management tools.

Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting,
-
Strong organizational skills for managing archives with version control, storage solutions and backup strategies for image libraries with attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, digital media, or other marketing/communications related field.
-
A combination of experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in photo editing, retouching, or photography production, preferably within a creative agency, studio, or high-volume marketing/communications environment.

Must have a strong portfolio showcasing advanced retouching skills, color correction, and image compositing across various formats (e.g., print, digital, social media) for review.

Experience working on set with creative teams as well as independently to complete projects in a timely fashion.

Some familiarity with legal requirements for photography usage, including rights management, model releases, and licensing.

Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
