The Qualtrics People Brand Team is hiring an Employer Brand Program Manager to elevate our employer branding ops and supercharge our employee advocacy efforts. As Qualtrics expands our global presence, we need a passionate and strategic People Brand Program Manager to help us attract excellent, diverse talent across various regions, including North America, Latin America, EMEA and APJ. Things You’ll Do 

You’ll be responsible for the integrated marketing operations that optimize our work as a team and ensures alignment across the team and with our partner team, Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI)

  • Develop an integrated marketing management framework to unify our efforts across various channels
  • Create new processes and improve existing ones 
  • Responsible for the technical builds of our careers site and email marketing campaigns with our CMS/CRM and for ticketing/monitoring for any bugs or enhancements that come up along the way
  • Create the process that helps us engage and track employee content contribution
  • Write copy for email newsletters, LinkedIn posts, template employer brand campaigns, etc.

You’ll own one of our employer brand channels or programs, focused on channeling our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to build brand awareness, inform and influence candidates on their candidate journey. As a program/channel owner, you will 

  • Engage and support employees, hiring managers, and recruiters in engaging with us to highlight their story, thoughts, or experiences
  • Work cross functionally with various teams outside the People Brand Team to facilitate the successful execution of the program 
  • Create the enablement, prompts, trainings, and materials for the program
  • Create creative assets to support the channels using Canva or Photoshop, etc.
  • Align program and content to our Inclusive Story Gathering Standards
  • Run monthly reports performance of programs
  • Build strategies to attract diverse talent in our various regions
  • Be a strategic advisor to your partners; coaching recruiters, employees, and hiring teams on the best strategies to effectively tell their stories.

Example projects on the horizon

  • ChatBot experience - Mapping out the ChatBot experience from scratch, tying in the corporate ChatBot to the careers ChatBot and creating a framework that serves up the content candidates are looking for
  • 2 new page builds - Using our CMS to take fully designed pages and build them out on our careers site
  • Embedding video in JDs - Creating and executing a process to consistently include video job descriptions and Day in the Life videos in our job descriptions 
  • IMM - Build out the IMM framework for the team 

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience 
  • Expertise in employer brand/talent marketing/talent brand/recruitment marketing or traditional marketing, marketing operations, or product marketing with a clear history of impactful performance of marketing campaigns within a dynamic, rapidly scaling, organization
  • Experience as a program manager, project manager, analyst or in a operations role
  • Ability to lead, influence, and act as a strategic advisor to your stakeholders which will sometimes include senior leaders across the globe
  • Excellent writing skill
  • Ideally, familiarity with Phenom, EveryoneSocial, CareerArc, Canva, Coda, and LinkedIn

We are a 6 person team (including you!) led by the People Brand + Belonging Leader, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer. We are responsible for driving the global employer brand strategy that generates new talent leads and influences candidates to join Qualtrics. Our #1 focus is on creating brand-influenced candidates - those who engage with our content and channels and as a result have better hiring outcomes. Our strategy serves all our markets - AMR, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ - and leverages our channels and programs; social media, employer brand look feel, and messaging, paid media, hiring personas, reputation management, careers site, email marketing, employee advocacy programs (hey, that’s you!), partner content, and employee swag. No matter the content, channel, or program, we’re focused on telling authentic and real human stories from inside Qualtrics.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
