We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Operations Specialist! The Operations Specialist ensures a smooth delivery of projects and programs; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.  This individual will be detail-oriented, solutions-driven, client-focused, and a team player with a focused ability to manage multiple and often shifting priorities with a high degree of quality, efficiency, reliability, and accuracy needed to provide program and administrative support. This position is more internal-facing than client facing, although this role does have direct client, customer and contractor contact that encompasses data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination to support the business function.

Preference for candidates in PST or MST.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain and monitor multiple workflows to ensure on-time delivery of various reports and requests for information/data, including: regular status reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports; compliance, audit or evaluator reports
  • Synchronize, and provide continuity and communication between cross-functional teams, facilitating the efficient movement (a high volume) of information/records from start to finish
  • Gather, analyze, summarize and articulate data, and configure data-driven reports using critical thinking skills
  • Schedule and plan meetings, prepare and maintain meeting records, brief and debrief meeting and project participants, manage and monitor project schedules and task lists; and track actions, inputs/outputs.
  • Work with management to support the development and implementation of tools and processes, such as capacity monitoring, backlog trends, corrective actions, etc., which will be used to inform important business decisions
  • Maintain a compliant Document Management system on SharePoint
  • Establish and cultivate collaborative relationships with team and individuals and cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor Degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of program/operational experience and ability to work across functional areas and methodologies
  • Great initiative – must be a “go-getter” who effectively manages multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently applies critical thinking to identify, analyze and resolve problems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems and SharePoint preferred
  • Intermediate MS Office skills required
  • Experience and comfort with quality control and continuous improvement concepts
  • Energy efficiency experience a plus

Compensation Range

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00
