Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Marketing Management Specialist to join our growing team! 

 

The Marketing Management Specialist will execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, leading initiatives, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives 

  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print 

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize existing campaigns 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and product owners, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding 

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies 

  • Manage marketing resources, ensuring efficient allocation of time is being spent on the correct priorities 

 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. 

  • Excellent project management and communication skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 

  • Proficient in HotSpot, Google Analytics, PowerBI, coding HTML/CSS a plus.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $90,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
