Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Lead will lead the development of system level growth, revenue and reputation strategies. This person will lead the execution and implementation of campaigns at an enterprise level, and evaluate all aspects of product, service line, and regional communications. Works in close collaboration with the creative team, the marketing account director will help to build a strong and sustainable in-house agency to produce award-winning and superior campaigns. Operates and reports results in an efficient, metrics-driven, disciplined, responsive, and collaborative way.

This is a remote first position.

Major Responsibilities:

  • This role will have a specific focus on B2B Marketing

  • Leads the development of integrated marketing strategy across products, service lines, and regions with a consumer first mindset leading to customer acquisition, activation and loyalty in support of growth objectives.

  • Supports brand leadership in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of the brand campaigns and cross-channel marketing efforts.

  • Provides dynamic, visible, and inspirational leadership to positively impact business initiatives, and leads the team to ensure cross-functional collaboration and coordination in achieving marketing objectives.

  • Connects with service lines and patient service areas to our target audiences with the right message through the right channel at the right time to drive system growth and strengthen the brand.

  • Provides project management support to ensure consistency and identifies brand-related opportunities across all strategic brand, consumer experience and public affairs plans.

  • Leverages data and insights to drive strategic and tactical marketing decision making and optimization and demonstrates business impact - move quickly and fail fast.

  • Sponsors the development and testing of new, innovative value propositions, differentiators, and overall programs that will build brand awareness and drive demand, and use data, technology, and new media solutions to create experiences that don’t exist.

  • Establishes goals, objectives performance metrics, and develop an appropriate marketing investment level based on business objectives. Continuously improve effectiveness and the ROI of marketing investments contribution to the organization’s master brand strategy.

  • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.

  • Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.

  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.

  • Participates in cross-functional teams and provide consultation to further the brand and marketing strategies and ensure successful project implementation.

  • Monitors project timelines and expenditures to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets, respectively. Coordinates with team members, and external vendors to direct projects on behalf of the brand team.

  • Maintains a high level of knowledge about the industry and marketing trends. Monitors marketing activities of key competitors within the region.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related field

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 10+ years of experience in supporting branding, advertising or communications field. Agency and/or Retail experience is preferred. Health care experience not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Team player with ability to lead, and be a servant leader as necessary to create a team that thrives

  • Strong strategic, leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple time sensitive and deadline driven projects at any given time

  • Persuasive and sales driven mindset with artful and creative point of view

  • Experience working in an agency setting and/or familiarity with creative development best practices and the production process

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Skilled ability to use presentation, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software

  • Knowledge of creative and production process for marketing campaign deliverables

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skill

$66.85 - $100.30
