Team: Programmatic Practice

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

Location: New York City

Work Authorization: This role is open to US Citizens/Permanent Residents. We are unable to sponsor any work authorizations for this role.

This role is key to growing our Programmatic excellence and revenue. You have the strategic vision to build a world-class programmatic proposition coupled with the the drive and ambition to sell and grow revenue. You are a respected industry thought leader and have a pedigree in building profitable, long-term, high-value relationships with clients, partners and future talent.

What you do

  • You  primary remit is to grow revenue across the programmatic
  • You’ll effectively manage the P&L for NAMER to deliver profitable growth. 
  • Be a thought leader in your area of expertise, promoting Brainlabs through partnerships, events, marketing/PR and case studies
  • You’ll collaborate internally to set an industry leading programmatic proposition for Brainlabs, leading on internal Steerco’s to develop our practice offering.
  • You will focus on new business pitches and existing client revenue opportunities

Who you are

  • A hunter - you like winning, enjoy competition and sharing success
  • Proven thought leader in programmatic  with 10+ years of experience and portfolio of articles etc
  • Highly commercial with demonstrable experience in managing a successful practice P&L and a profitable business unit 
  • Strong presentation, pitching  and selling capabilities on $1m+ clients
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
  • Well connected across the digital marketing sector - multi-market experience ideal

How you succeed

  • You will live our culture code every day! 
  • You will grow programmatic revenue in line with annually agreed targets (YoY growth)
  • You’ll hit our internal P&L metrics  including profitability
  • You’ll meet the PR targets agreed with you each year including internal/external events, publications, case studies
  • Develop a leading  programmatic proposition that brings in new client revenue 
  • Internal learning metrics being met each year 
  • Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external)
