Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Freshworks. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and events to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts in the assigned region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to support business objectives and revenue targets in the NA region.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategies.

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers.

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.

  • Drive attendance and lead generation through targeted outreach, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of field marketing programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and sales teams.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in field marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing programs and events.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business impact.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.

Additional Information

$157,200—$255,500 comprising an annual salary and incentive compensation.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
