INV OPS WIRE-Accounts Associate

Description and Requirements
The candidate would be part of Pvt Placement Inv. operation team, working along with the Private Bank Loan, TMPG, OD/Claim settlement and Bank Fees. The role would concentrate to processing initial funding of Pvt Placement and Bank Loan securities, internal wire movement, Claim, Reimbursement and FX wires, and support to team in day to day clearing the trades accrual breaks of the Corp. Bonds. Ensure all top day trades are cleared and reconciled against cleaning house by the end of day.

• Candidates will ensure the security & accuracy of wiring instructions by performing call backs with outside counsel.
• Create fed-wires accurately and timely in banking platforms and Kyriba tool.
• Need to work on cash and positions breaks of Private securities.
• Cash reconciliation on trades, income, paydown between accounting and banking.
• Coordinate with cash and custodian (Bank) teams for any discrepancies, and with data integrity team to ensure new amendments in attribute of securities or principal/interest are correctly updated in the system.
• Obtaining wire reference numbers upon completion of wires and providing to outside counsel.
• Flexible to work on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
• Manage the financial processes and responsible for meeting all the SLA targets.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to foresee and respond pro-actively on the floor.
• Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress. High energy and resilience level.
