This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Lingo Division.
We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Creative Producer to join our team. This role involves developing strategies to enhance communication and streamline processes within the Marketing team. The Integrated Creative Producer will establish consistent and efficient workflows to transition projects from initial brief to final production, while staying up-to-date with the latest tools to improve efficiency in the workflow. The producer is responsible for planning, assisting, and managing the execution of a high volume of world-class creative across various media — including web, advertising, print, events, and more. This role collaborates directly with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, Creative Director, designers, writers, external production partners, and cross-functionally with our Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and key stakeholders to define project direction, creative strategy, and business objectives for communication campaigns and projects. Partner with stakeholders to identify project scope, focus, requirements, and processes.

Establish and track project timelines from kick-off through final delivery. Manage the Creative team project plan and consistently follow up to ensure projects are on track.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.

Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines, budgets, and legal requirements.

Develop strategies to improve communication and processes within the Marketing team.

Establish consistent and efficient workflows for project management from brief to production.

Stay current with the latest tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
-
Facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions.
-
Support budget management to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
-
Support the onboarding and management of external resources that help to periodically scale the team’s reach and output. Create work orders, estimates, and purchase requests (ECE) per Corporate Purchasing Guidelines to assure proper and timely billing.

Protect the team’s time and prioritize work based on business impact
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

6+ years of relevant experience as creative producer, creative/marketing operations manager, or program manager
Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of tech, ability to work with creatives and engineers alike. Familiarity with the healthtech industry is a plus.

Self-motivated, eager to learn and problem-solve within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.

Proved experience in creative production or project management.

Strong understanding of marketing and creative processes.

Expertise in photography, video and campaign production.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and experience with various print and digital production techniques.

Expertise in Figma, Microsoft Office, digital asset management and program management tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Support management of projects budgets, ensuring error-free, on-time, on-budget outcomes.
