About Lyra Health

Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. We work with industry leaders, such as Morgan Stanley, Uber, Amgen, and other Fortune 500 companies, to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and their families. With our innovative digital care platform and global provider network, nearly 20 million people can receive the best care and feel better, faster. Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million.

When hiring candidates, we look for signals that a candidate will thrive in our culture, where we put clients and providers first, default to transparency, embrace feedback, and tackle hard problems. We also know how critical it is to celebrate and support our differences. Employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences and opinions enables our employees, our product and our community to flourish. We are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.

About The Role

Lyra Health is looking for an Implementation Lead to join the Provider Core Operations team to help us implement system and product enhancements that impact the full network of Lyra providers.

This role will be a great fit if you are energized by the challenge of owning the implementation of key operational changes across a business, managing a wide variety of stakeholder priorities to achieve shared goals, and driving forward process improvements to streamline and scale.

You will lead cross-functional projects designed to support provider network and ops efficiency, with a large focus on investments in the systems and tools leveraged by Lyra’s providers and Provider Ops teams, namely the Lyra platform, Salesforce and CredentialStream. You will translate operational priorities into requirements for technical teams and are comfortable leading prioritization conversations with a variety of stakeholders. You can grasp details quickly but can also zoom out and connect the work to the bigger strategic vision. Ideally, you have worked closely with care providers in a healthcare setting.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical, product, and operational implementations that impact internal (provider) and external (client) audiences
  • Lead day-to-day implementation efforts of program-wide product and policy changes that impact Lyra providers and clients
  • Refine processes to improve impact/success of implementations
  • Support prioritization and alignment efforts, often with teams that hold competing priorities
  • Serve as an all-around team player on the Provider Core Operations team

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with clinical or product operations or change management within healthcare and/or digital health; high-growth operations or startup experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams and facilitate cross-functional team meetings with minimal support and driving results
  • Strong interest in Product and desire to learn more about related technical systems, namely Salesforce
  • Comfortable using data to measure progress and impact on key metrics
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools including Asana and Zendesk
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare delivery landscape
