Job Purpose:
Brief and in a few sentences statement of the reason the job exists.

This position under the general direction of the Operations Management and workflow direction of the department manager, performs advanced technical duties including in-depth review of their specific area of retirement.  Additionally, the individual will interact with internal clients and our vendors both verbally and in writing to execute processes and deliver a customer experience in line with TruStage Retirement Solutions expectations.  The individual must be able to work independently within a team environment. The incumbent is also expected to possess a thorough working knowledge of their areas of retirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process workflow tasks as assigned and ensure they meet all standards for SLAs and accuracy.
  • Document all communications to the appropriate contact records management tools.
  • Under general supervision, follow established procedures and practices
  • Escalate all issues to proper channels.
  • Develop, update and maintain procedure documentation in accordance with corporate standards, including the development and delivery of training and identification and mitigation of issues and escalations.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret detailed technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence others and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Solid understanding of TruStage administrative systems and customer transaction flow.
  • Preference for prior knowledge of EXPAG, Omni Admin, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others formally and informally.

Critical Skills:

  • Problem-solving time and management.
  • Working independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential are crucial for the role.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00
