About the Role/Team:

WEX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSA Growth & Enablement Lead to join our dynamic HSA Strategy Team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in driving consumer adoption and funding of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) by fostering strong relationships with employers, providing expert consultation, and developing impactful enablement resources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product) to champion HSAs and solidify our position as a market leader.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Employer Partnership & Consultation:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with large employers in the direct channel to optimize HSA adoption and funding rates.

    • Provide strategic consulting services to employers on HSA program design, implementation, and best practices.

    • Analyze employer-specific data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver data-driven recommendations.

  • Consumer Engagement & Education:

    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance consumer understanding of HSAs and drive engagement with HSA products and services.

    • Create compelling educational materials and resources that effectively communicate the value proposition of HSAs to consumers.

  • Competitive Intelligence & Sales Enablement:

    • Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence and Marketing teams to maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape.

    • Develop and refine sales enablement tools, including competitive battle cards, presentations, and value proposition messaging, to equip sales teams for success.

  • Marketing & Sales Collaboration:

    • Partner with Marketing to develop impactful marketing collateral (brochures, digital assets, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

    • Work closely with Sales and Client Services to ensure effective utilization of sales enablement tools and provide ongoing training and support.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in sales enablement, marketing, and/or strategy development, preferably within the Consumer Directed Healthcare industry.

  • Deep understanding of HSAs, employee benefits, and the Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) market.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working with data to identify trends and insights.

  • Highly collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively across different functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with large employers in the CDH industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
