GTM Engineer

We specialize in providing robust, data-driven solutions to brands and agencies for managing influencer engagements and analyzing campaign impact. As we continue to expand, we seek a skilled GTM Engineer to optimize our revenue team’s technologies and contribute to our revenue growth objectives. Unlocking unique revenue opportunities is deeply rooted in our capacity to skillfully synthesize diverse data sets and deploy them in innovative and impactful ways.

What you'll do: 

  • Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between CRM, marketing automation, and our proprietary influencer analytics platform.

  • Develop and maintain robust integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.

  • Automate sales and marketing processes, focusing on optimizing influencer campaign management and analysis.

  • Maintain high data quality and manage data lineage to ensure clear and accurate data tracking across systems.

  • Employ SQL and coding expertise to develop unique solutions coming data across multiple departments to find growth and revenue opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with various teams to align technological solutions with business goals, emphasizing influencer campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Develop and implement a structured framework to evaluate multiple revenue-driving initiatives, understanding that while most experiments may not succeed, a successful initiative can deliver significant growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or system integration, particularly in sales or marketing environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and management.

  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to use Python, R, or another programming language to prototype applications or automate tasks

Bonus Skills:

  • Experienced in driving product-led growth initiatives, utilizing operational excellence to integrate CRM, marketing automation, and influencer analytics for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience in growth hacking methodologies and tools, with an ability to apply these principles to drive revenue growth.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation and system integration platforms.

  • Experienced with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and worked on projects or solutions centered on establishing a single source of truth for organizational data.

  • Leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to efficiently aggregate and distill information from web sources, integrating this with our influencer social media data for enhanced insight synthesis.

  • Utilizing first-party social media data and APIs in refining our top-of-funnel data enrichment processes, aiming to pinpoint prospects that align precisely with our Ideal Customer Profile.

  • Crafting streamlined web applications by merging internal social media insights with CRM data, thereby streamlining our prospecting and outreach initiatives.
