Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Lead Generator with AI and Clay experience who can own the automation of inbound pipeline growth, particularly by utilizing AI-driven tools. This person will play a central role in integrating AI agents to enhance our recruiting, sales, and marketing automation workflows.

The candidate should be a proactive learner with a deep interest in exploring new tools and products. They should be comfortable with AI technology and have hands-on experience utilizing AI to write code and solve complex challenges.
AI proficiency is a requirement for the role.

Requirements

The responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and evaluating competing tools to build and continuously improve our automation stack for candidate sourcing and marketing.
  • Owning the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes for recruitment.
  • Leading the transformation of AI within the company, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation.
  • Driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency.

This role will requires a person who is passionate about automation, AI, and making a significant impact on the transformation of recruitment and sales processes using the latest tools and technologies.

We also plan to implement a qualification process that includes an aptitude test to assess candidates’ intelligence, resourcefulness, and ability to leverage tools like AI to innovate and solve problems.

Please keep in mind that this position is an individual contributor, very hands-on, to work closely with the founder of the company and other senior leadership team members (you will not manage a team).
