The position

We’re looking for an experienced Outbound SDR in the US/Canada to join our Sales Department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect & Qualify: Research, identify, and connect with potential customers via email, phone, and social media. 
  • Generate Qualified Pipeline: Drive awareness and interest in our product/service through creative and personalized outbound outreach campaigns. 
  • Experiment & Iterate: Test messaging, outreach strategies, and tools to optimize lead generation efforts. 
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with the VP Sales to refine messaging and target audiences.
  • Moving Leads: When you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll schedule the next steps with a sales representative. You’ll ensure that leads are handed off smoothly, working closely with the sales team to provide a seamless buying experience for the customer. 
  • Report & Analyze: Track key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked) and provide feedback on what’s working and what’s not.

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • You embody our eight core values. 
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role (or a demonstrated passion for sales if you’re just starting out). 
  • Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation 
  • Experience operating in a high-velocity, non-enterprise, earlier stage business. 
  • You are motivated by playing in a competitive market where your skills will be tested. 
  • You work efficiently and recognize when time is being wasted. #trim-it 
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment while also driving a collaborative working style. #team-it 
  • Most of all you act with urgency and choose simple over complex. #ship-it

Bonus: You have experience working with HubSpot, Zoominfo, Aircall, Apollo, Sales Navigator
