Job Description
Intelligence and Security is seeking a Task Lead for Space Intelligence Full-Motion Video (FMV) contract to support a government customer. Candidates will be proactive and responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of direct reports, will play a vital role in on-site customer relations, and have frequent inter-organizational and on-site customer contact. Successful candidates will be able to work under general direction as an FMV analyst and Task Lead. Responsible for the completion of milestones or ad-hoc tasks outlined by the Project Manager or Program Manager. The failure to meet milestones or tasks can result in delays in program scheduling or the expenditure of additional resources. Candidate should demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and promote an awareness of BAE Systems internal opportunities.
Responsible for developing and tracking direct reports performance to include written and verbal evaluations, as well as writing and presenting awards to direct reports. Position will require the ability to organize and prioritize administrative duties, such as, scheduling, coordinating augment support, and planning team or company events.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Completed the customer required 90-day on-the-job FMV training.
  • Willing to commit to one year as a Task Lead on any one of the 16 teams.
  • Must be a team player with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing and able to work on team projects and independently.
  • Basic understanding of BAE Systems opportunities within the contract and outside of the customer worksite.
  • Punctual and has near perfect attendance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, MAAS, DVA, Google Earth, and RemoteView


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Associates or Bachelor Degree
  • Held a management position with direct reports within BAE Systems or management experience prior to joining BAE Systems.
  • Experience writing and delivering employee evaluations to include holding one-on-one discussions.
  • Initiates projects and has the drive to motivate others.
  • Advanced FMV exploitation


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
