Field Marketing Manager
You will define the solutions, focus areas, strategic direction, and demand generation needs to create a pipeline. You will work with partners to develop a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise, drive and insure customer success, engagement and loyalty in key accounts across your assigned region.
Roles / Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and channel leadership on the overall needs, strategy, focus, approach, and regular expected results from marketing specific to your region
  • Provide data, insights, and supporting engagement on strategic events to support sales and drive net new pipeline
  • You will work with our top partners to plan and execute joint programs to drive their growth and success in the market and against quarterly goals.
  • Drive local, thought leadership and educational events to engage the community on the topic of physical security
  • Work with the region's local partners to accelerate their customer engagement approach
  • Act as the local representative for marketing in your region
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and other partners, ensuring favorable terms and timely deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams throughout the event process
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an IT, high-tech, business-to-business, marketing or sales environment, preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
  • Strong ability to logistically execute on multiple concurrent events  that require effective pre/during/post motions and communication among cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
  • Experience working with channel and strategic partners to plan and execute on programs that achieve excellent results
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Do whatever it takes attitude

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$115,000$155,000 USD
