Core Quality Co-op

Work Period: Early July through Mid December

Location: Needham, MA Onsite 5 Days a week. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Summary of the Position: 

As a Quality Co-op at SharkNinja, you will support the CORE team in ensuring the highest standards for product performance and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, and products within a dynamic product development environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance, durability, and compliance. 
  • Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues. 
  • Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to improve product quality. 
  • Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
