Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity
  • Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents
  • Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
  • Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates
  • Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well
  • Meet all of DISH performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals
  • May require after hour support - evenings/weekends


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two years of related experience and/or training


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • 8-10 years of experience working with the Executive and C-Level
  • Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel, and calendar
  • Experience working within a Fortune 200 company is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
