We are looking for a Training and Enablement Consultant to focus on our EverHealth solutions.

The Senior Training and Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering effective training programs within our SaaS healthcare environment. In this senior-level position, you will design engaging learning experiences and enablement resources that empower both internal teams and external clients to use our healthcare software successfully. As a senior analyst, you will provide team leadership and mentorship, guiding other training specialists and coordinating efforts to meet training objectives. You will work closely with the Director of Training & Enablement to ensure all initiatives are aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement engaging training programs for internal teams in a SaaS healthcare environment.

  • Design and develop interactive learning content using Articulate and other authoring tools.

  • Administer and manage the Workday Learning LMS to track and optimize training delivery and learner engagement.

  • Lead and mentor the training team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest features and updates.

  • Drive training initiatives to increase product adoption and user proficiency across teams and clients.

  • Deliver live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to facilitate skill-building and knowledge sharing.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Develop self-service enablement tools, such as job aids, FAQs, and process documentation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align training efforts with broader organizational objectives.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and SaaS healthcare training.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.

  • Expertise with Workday Learning LMS and Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

  • Proven ability to create engaging, learner-centered content and deliver impactful training.

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, guiding them to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

  • Ability to analyze training data and use insights to optimize learning experiences.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Where: 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office, or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
