Responsibilities

  • Influence cross-organization stakeholders to align resources and priorities, foster strong partnerships and advocate for event needs across departments.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, using data-driven insights to optimize spending and ensure each event achieves its business objectives.
  • Define metrics for success, track event performance, and collaborate with Finance, Data Science, and Analytics to refine strategies based on measurable impact.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics to maximize the quality and impact of each event.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and aligned on event objectives and outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth post-event analysis, synthesizing feedback, performance metrics, and insights to improve future events.
  • Implement a learning agenda to test new approaches, analyze results, and continually raise the standard of execution across the conference portfolio.
