About the Role
As the Events Manager at Kustomer, you will play a critical role in driving ROI through highly strategic and results-focused event programs. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of both first-party and third-party events. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality pipeline and measurable revenue impact from every event, ensuring events become a strategic pillar of Kustomer’s growth engine.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and performance marketing, to align event strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and customers.

We have a strong preference to hire this role in the New York Metropolitan Area (NY, NJ, CT).

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving ROI: Ensuring all event programs contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue, with clear metrics and reporting.

  • Event Strategy and Execution: Planning and executing first-party events and third-party sponsorships to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Budget and Performance Management: Managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and tracking performance against KPIs, such as pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and conversion rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with sales to create follow-up strategies and with marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging, promotion, and engagement.

  • Content Development: Creating and leveraging event content to extend its impact post-event through email campaigns, blogs, and social media.

  • Event Analytics: Analyzing event performance to continuously optimize strategy and demonstrate revenue impact.

  • Field Marketing Support: Supporting regional sales efforts with localized events and campaigns to drive territory-specific growth.

Your qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS field marketing with a proven track record of driving ROI from events.

  • Deep understanding of first-party and third-party event strategies, with experience managing large-scale 500 person events and sponsorships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect event performance to pipeline and revenue metrics.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker who can develop engaging event experiences while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to execute complex, large events.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • May include traveling up to 50 percent of the time.
