The Global Tax Director at Zenoti will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s tax strategy, compliance, and planning across multiple jurisdictions. This role will ensure tax efficiency, mitigate risks, and support Zenoti’s global operations and growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Global Tax Director will play a critical role in IPO preparation by aligning tax strategies with corporate goals and ensuring compliance with public company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Tax Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a global tax strategy that supports Zenoti’s business objectives and maximizes tax efficiency.
    • Provide guidance on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax implications of international expansion.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations in the jurisdictions where Zenoti operates.
    • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, audits, and reporting requirements.
    • Partner with external advisors to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • IPO and Public Company Readiness:
    • Support the CFO in IPO preparation by ensuring tax compliance aligns with SEC and public company requirements.
    • Develop tax reporting processes that meet public company standards.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, including those related to global operations, indirect taxes, and digital services taxes.
    • Establish internal controls and processes to reduce exposure to tax-related risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
    • Partner with external advisors and auditors to manage tax audits and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in global tax strategy and compliance, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise in international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions.
  • Familiarity with IPO preparation and public company tax requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tax compliance and strategy in a global, fast-growing organization.

Zenoti Pay Range

$200,000$240,000 USD
