We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Customer & Partner Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs that drive customer retention, expansion, and partner engagement. This role is crucial for building strong relationships with our valued clients and strategic partners, ensuring their success and maximizing the impact of our digital executive protection solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for customer advocacy, partner collaboration, and a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you will do

  • Customer Marketing:

  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing programs to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Customer Communication & Engagement: Manage all aspects of customer communication, including newsletters, webinars, events, and online communities, to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
  • Customer Advocacy & Success Stories: Identify and cultivate customer advocates, develop case studies and testimonials, and create compelling content that showcases customer success.
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Onboarding and Training: Create and optimize onboarding programs and training materials to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Customer Events: Plan and execute customer focused events, and user groups.
  • Partner Marketing:

  • Partner Program Development & Management: Develop and manage partner marketing programs that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Joint Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with strategic partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, webinars, events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively market and sell our solutions.
  • Partner Communications: Develop and manage partner communications, including newsletters, partner portals, and training materials.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Partner Events: Plan and execute partner focused events, and partner summits.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 
  • 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or partner marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and partner engagement in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience developing and managing partner programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or digital executive protection industry is a plus.
