Director, Marketing - Newport Brass
We are looking for a leader who will own the strategic vision for Newport Brass within Delta Faucet Company's luxury portfolio, driving brand growth and market positioning. This role is responsible for elevating brand presence, developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies, and strengthening customer engagement to solidify Newport Brass as a premier luxury brand.
Reporting to the VP of Luxury, you will shape the brand’s future, cultivate deep customer connections, and drive business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do

Lead Brand Strategy – Develop and implement a powerful brand strategy that aligns with business objectives, market trends, and evolving consumer preferences.

Build Impactful Marketing Campaigns – Coordinate all aspects of multi-channel campaigns that improve brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Leverage Market Insights – Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, using insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Champion Brand Positioning & Messaging – Ensure Newport Brass’s brand voice, message, and identity are distinctive, consistent, and resonate with luxury audiences.

Drive Consumer Engagement & Dedication – Develop and implement innovative initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, improve brand affinity, and build long-term dedication.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Channel Teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

Improve Performance & ROI – Define important metrics, monitor marketing efficiency, and consistently refine strategies to ensure the best return on investment.

Coordinate Budget & Resources – Coordinate the brand marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources and data-driven decision-making.

Encourage & Influence – Communicate brand strategy and growth opportunities to senior leadership, securing alignment and investment in key initiatives.
Who You Are:

Experienced Luxury Marketer – 10+ years in brand marketing with a proven track record of success, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in upper-premium or luxury brands is highly preferred.

Strategic & Visionary Problem Solver – You understand the broader perspective and excel at turning insights into effective marketing strategies.

Proficient Communicator – Your capability in written and verbal communication equips you to develop impactful messages and influence partners adeptly.

Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
