Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility care platform.
The Role

Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility and family-building platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. Trusted by more than a thousand multinational employers, health plans, and health systems, Carrot's comprehensive clinical program delivers industry-leading cost savings for employers and award-winning experiences for millions of people worldwide. From maternity through menopause and pre-pregnancy through parenting, Carrot is dedicated to expanding access and improving outcomes. Carrot empowers members with compassionate, personalized, and inclusive support.

Carrot is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation programs that generate new qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue.

You will be responsible for developing and executing personalized campaigns for target accounts, expanding existing inbound and outbound campaigns across email, in-person and virtual events, webinars, content syndication, social media, and more. You’ll also implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to maximize customer lifetime value.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly analytical, metric-driven individual with an interest in both setting strategy and executing on it. You should have a strong track record of independently creating, implementing, and scaling ABM and demand generation tactics across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to retention, as well as comfort navigating the ambiguity inherent in a startup environment. This role will also be responsible for tracking performance across each channel and reporting on it to the broader team.

This role will support go-to-market strategies across the full Commercial team (including Marketing, Employer and Health Plan Sales, Partnerships, and others) and Customer Success and will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

  • You will own and be responsible for the demand generation and ABM strategies end-to-end.
  • Be accountable for KPIs directly resulting in pipeline and closed revenue.
  • You will partner with go-to-market teams to deliver on monthly and quarterly goals through 1:1, 1: few, and 1:many campaigns.
  • Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns leveraging inbound and outbound strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential Carrot customers.
  • Independently execute campaigns across in-person and virtual events, webinars, email, web, paid media, social media, content syndication and other channels.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to deploy, measure, and track performance across the entire sales cycle for all of Carrot’s territory and non-territory accounts and enterprise segments.
  • Think beyond traditional demand generation and ABM strategies by experimenting with new channels, tactics, and processes for different ICPs, company segments, and industries within territory and non-territory accounts.
  • Write and execute outbound email sequences, webinar scripts, copy for paid campaigns and other social media promotions, along with other prospect-facing materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Measure and interpret data across all demand generation and ABM tactics and report to the broader team. You will also partner with Revenue Operations and other internal teams to develop campaign reporting that keeps Sales, Partnerships, Events, and other cross-functional stakeholders informed of campaign outcomes, pipeline performance, and revenue targets.
  • Make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Working knowledge of social selling best practices on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail.
  • Experience in health plan or the employee benefits industry.
