As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you are crucial in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to engage and delight our valued customers.

You are passionate about building strong customer relationships and deeply understand customer behavior and preferences. Your creative thinking and analytical mindset will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing our customer marketing initiatives.

As a Customer Marketing & Analyst Relations team member within the Marketing Organization, you will continue to uplevel our lifecycle marketing program. This is an opportunity to innovate and scale a customer-driven marketing function at one of the highest-valued AI technology unicorns.

  • Drive customer retention of the DataRobot Enterprise AI Suite and the expansion of DataRobot products and service packages. 

  • Engage customers in new and unique ways to drive platform adoption and stickiness, creating DataRobot advocates and developing marketing experiences that competitors admire. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and advocacy. 

  • Leverage your exceptional marketing and communication skills to craft compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with our target audience.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Retention: Optimize the customer journey and identify marketing tactics in collaboration with Demand Marketing to drive retention. Working closely with Customer Success, you will create marketing campaigns that drive platform adoption and collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance the customer experience. You will integrate customer education into marketing campaigns to increase platform usage.

  • Drive Expansion Opportunities: Identify untapped expansion opportunities with DataRobot’s existing customer base and implement key marketing programs. Working closely with Product Management and Product Marketing, you will create expansion marketing campaigns for new products. You will leverage multi-channel digital experiences to create awareness and drive expansion within the DataRobot customer base.

  • Measure Success: Measure, benchmark, and track the performance of KPIs for lifecycle marketing programs at DataRobot. You will test marketing messages, cadence timing, and promotions across the user journey, continuously iterating and optimizing based on data.

  • Key Relationships: Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations teams as well as external DataRobot customers.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in customer marketing or a similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
