The Opportunity
As we scale to new categories and markets, we are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager/Client Marketing Specialist to focus on the needs of our current clients. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue-related opportunities, such as upsell and cross-sell campaigns, renewals, and creating resources to delight our buyers and seamlessly implement TaskHuman’s solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers to develop and execute campaigns that drive client retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Create and implement marketing programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
  • Develop toolkits, collateral, and resources that enhance the buyer journey and help clients implement TaskHuman solutions seamlessly.
  • Design and execute client-focused email campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital marketing efforts tailored to current accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies and drive measurable results.
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
  • Write, proofread, and edit compelling marketing materials across various formats, ensuring all content aligns with TaskHuman’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client or account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, and Wordpress. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting client-focused messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with sales or customer success teams.
  • Business fluent Spanish strongly desirable 

US Base Salary Range: $75,000- $95,000 Annually + Benefits.  The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.  Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
