This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of affiliate marketing, where creators and influencers are the next generation of top performers. As a Growth Marketing Creator, you’ll be a key player in educating and empowering creators to not only thrive as influencers but also as affiliate marketers. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology to redefine what partnerships mean, helping creators turn their influence into sustainable businesses.

What you will be doing: 

  • Merchandise key segments of creators and brands to increase creator liquidity.
  • Manage onboarding creators and ensure a smooth integration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design initiatives that support creators’ growth on the platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, retention, and success rates of creators.
  • Create content and other resources to help creators maximize their impact.com experience and optimize their partnership opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrable refined analytical and organizational skills and experience in growth strategy, analytics, production, automation, testing, and deliverability. You should be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure. Your role will focus on boosting creator engagement through strategic in-app placements and merchandising efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and drive marketplace performance.

Salary range: Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 base salary + 5% company performance bonus, per year, plus eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
