We are looking for a passionate Creative Strategist with deep experience in digital advertising for a contract position. There is currently an opening for a client in the fintech space who is looking for a consultant at 40 hours/week with an option to become contract to hire.
Job Description:
-Develop and own creative strategy that exceeds performance benchmarks by leveraging historical data, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
-Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, producers, and external agencies to ensure that all creative assets are aligned with strategic goals and performance best practices.
-Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations, presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders in an engaging and actionable manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience creating insight-driven briefs and coordinating with creative teams
-Strong background in performance marketing, with a focus on data analysis for creative optimization
-Familiarity with creative analytics tools, A/B testing, and user acquisition strategies for digital channels
-Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for cross-functional teams
