Contracts Manager

We are hiring a Contracts Manager to support contracting at RVO Health. As a member of the Legal Team you will draft, review, negotiate and facilitate the approval and execution of a wide variety of contracts covering a range of business transactions that affect every aspect of our business. You will manage our end-to-end contract management process, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify risks, and ensure contract terms align with organizational goals, track key contractual provisions for business and legal compliance, including renewals, terminations, and modifications, maintain records for correspondence and documentation related to all contracts, and assist with auditing the same. You will serve as the key legal partner for all matters concerning contracts, including advising business partners and working closely with our procurement and sales teams. You will also support various legal initiatives and special projects.

• Leverage legal technologies and processes to manage our contract repository and track contractual obligations.
• Review and analyze contracts, identifying risk and aligning terms with our business requirements.
• Drive efficiency and growth in the contract management process in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contract-related issues, provide guidance, and offer solutions.
• Support key team and business initiatives critical to our work

What We’re Looking For

• You have 8+ years of contract experience, including drafting and negotiating contracts and using contract management tools like Ironclad and Docusign.
• You have deep experience with and understanding of SAAS and other vendor contracts.
• You understand how to create, leverage, negotiate and maintain template company contracts. 
• You love getting things right, but that doesn’t stop you from getting things done.
• You’re highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
• You’ve never met a process you couldn’t simplify and improve.
• You thrive on a team in a collaborative and supportive work environment, leaving ego at home.
• You’re excited about legal technology and how we can support our contracting processes more efficiently

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
