The Content Marketing Team, within the Revenue Marketing organization is responsible for the timely creation and delivery of Algolia’s campaign assets and marketing content for execution. We help tell Algolia’s story to leading companies around the world.

We have ambitious goals ahead of us, including building out campaigns for Algolia’s industry-leading search and discovery experiences across mission-critical channels to drive revenue, build our MQL pipeline, and grow our market share. 

Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager - Campaign Production will be a creative and experienced marketer with a passion for driving efficient cross-functional processes and producing compelling multimedia campaign elements.   You must have a solid understanding of marketing production, Demand Gen campaigns, and pipeline goal oriented principles.  You must thrive in a highly-collaborative, fast paced environment.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Develop, maintain and communicate the roadmap of campaign launch dates
  • Manage project plans with timeline showing delivery of all assets and elements defined by campaign strategy 
  • Manage cross-functional creative development teams and agencies. Overseeing the production of  multimedia (e.g. audio/video/interactives) content for customer stories, marketing activation videos, integrated marketing campaigns and other Demand Gen projects
  • Manage action plans, production schedules, work orders and requirements for creative, web, agency deliverables as required, to ensure on-time creation of campaign assets as required by the campaign strategy and timelines
  • Review work submitted by agency partners (e.g. ad copy, design artworks, video scripts, storyboards, animation concepts etc) to ensure that they are aligned with overall campaign goals, messaging strategy as well as Algolia’s brand voice and tone
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Help the campaign production team with operational tasks such as budget tracking and management. Work with agencies as well as marketing operations to source performance reporting on in-market creatives. 
  • Work with other members of the content marketing team to ensure that long form thought leadership assets being produced are aligned with our overall campaign / pipeline generation goals.
  • Work with the web team to develop self-serve web tools, landing pages as well as other initiatives to enhance the overall experience of customers and prospects on Algolia digital properties. 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years working in a high-tech B2B Demand Generation or segment-based marketing role or a full-service advertising agency
  • Cross-functional management skills
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Conversational writing and basic editing, proofreading skills
  • Excellent program management and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions
  • Candidates with technical skills in video, audio and post-production
  • Understanding Agile Project Management and Scrum Framework
  • Experience of working with design, advertising agencies
  • Ability to assist in writing / editing ad copy
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).

The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Remote US: Base Salary Pay Range

$92,000$128,000 USD
