As the Content & Community Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cyber Fund’s voice and brand presence within the blockchain, AI and Web3 space. Your mission will be to drive awareness, engagement, and thought leadership by producing and managing high-quality content, managing social media channels, and fostering an active community. This role blends strategic content creation, social media management, and distribution, ensuring that CyberFund remains a trusted and influential player in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market education & content creation

  • Develop and manage a content calendar to drive awareness of Cyber.Fund and its proposition.

  • Manage production of engaging, high-quality content tailored for X (Twitter)

  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visual content.

  • Translate complex blockchain and investment concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for both crypto-native and general audiences.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Create and execute X-first content strategies to grow Cyber.Fund’s presence and foster engagement with the blockchain community.

  • Monitor and participate in online conversations, responding to questions and feedback to strengthen community ties.

  • Drive growth and engagement through strategic social media content that positions Cyber.Fund as a thought leader in the space.

Distribution & Amplification

  • Expand content reach via blogs, newsletters, and other distribution platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Collaborate with external partners to amplify key messages and broaden Cyber.Fund’s audience within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Campaign Execution & Iteration

  • Support major product announcements and initiatives by crafting messaging, creating promotional assets, and managing timelines.

  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement over time.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Education

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create educational content that empowers partners and users to fully understand and utilise CyberFund’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven marketing experience: 3–6 years in a tactical marketing role in crypto or tech, with the ability to produce content and execute campaigns independently.

  • Crypto native: Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, its trends, and its nuances.

  • Exceptional written skills: Strong writer capable of simplifying technical concepts into engaging content for diverse audiences.

  • Self-starter mindset: Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and driving projects from start to finish in a dynamic environment.

  • Content creation proficiency: Skilled in creating content across blogs, social media, and educational resources.

  • Social Media expertise: In-depth knowledge of Twitter (X) as a critical tool for crypto communication; familiarity with other platforms is a bonus.

  • Creative and adaptable: Able to craft content that resonates with various audiences, from memes to educational materials.

  • Collaborative and proactive: A team player who takes the initiative to improve strategies and processes as needed.
